the only good thing voltron has done for my life is given me a different less shameful character to think about when i listen to blue lips by regina spektor
bnha could have told a really interesting story if only the writer wasn’t some brain dead pervert that only knows how to sexualize high schoolers and overuse tired shonen tropes.
like deku being quirkless while being incredibly strategic and empathetic should have been the driving point of his character. all might didn’t need to pass down his quirk but instead share his realization from his years of experience that being a hero is sustained by a society’s oppressive contractions. that you can’t have heroes without villains and vice versa and all for one/one for all should have been an overall motif for a communist revolution or something
I’m still mad about that I wanted deku to be the ultimate hero by being quirkless and using his encyclopedic knowledge to fight villains. He still could have had the training montage and worked in his body but image if he was quirkless and passed the entrance exam by showing people how they can work together. The whole show could have been inventive but it’s so predictable it’s boring
watching spiderverse makes me never wanna see another live action movie ever again like. why did we ever start making comic books into live action movies?? make it animated to explore the art form instead of trying to make it hyper realistic you fucking cowards
Reblog if you’re still seeing porn bots despite the NSFW ban. I’m still seeing them. Plenty of legitimate followers seem to be blocked from my feed, however.
I was so totally not aware that people didn’t know that being sorted into Houses was a real thing in UK schools. It’s not something made up just for the Harry Potter world, it’s a real schooling system, I was in the St George House at my school and everyone had the same attitude to Prefects as everyone in the HP world did to Percy Weasley I can assure you.
